Financial Relief Available for Greeley's Low-Income Residents

The City of Greeley offers financial assistance to qualified Greeley residents from taxes paid on food the previous year. The program started in 1990 and expanded its benefit to include utility assistance credit applied to Greeley Water customer accounts. Residents of Greeley can apply for the city’s Low-Income Food Tax (LIFT) and Utility Programs (UP), beginning February 1.

Free HOA Workshops Return in 2025 – First Session March 13

The 2025 Homeowner Association (HOA) workshop series starts on March 13 with an important topic — understanding the roles of board members and HOA members. Amanda Ashley and Melissa Garcia of Altitude Community Law will discuss various homeowner and board duties. They will explain what these responsibilities mean and how to comply. Greeley Recreation Center Celebrates 40th Anniversary

The Greeley Recreation Center is turning 40! It opened on February 25, 1985, and staff are hosting a birthday party on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to celebrate. Everyone is welcome! Read more about the celebration.

City Water Projects Impact 23rd Avenue in March

The City of Greeley is working on two important water system projects this spring. Both projects are aimed at making sure residents have clean, safe and reliable drinking water while reducing the risk of future problems. Community Information Session on Potential Camping Restrictions Related to Homelessness

The City of Greeley invites the community to an information session on camping restrictions. This session will be on February 19 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the LINC Library, located at 501 8th Avenue. Read more about this information session.

Water Project Closes Portion of Greeley West Park Walking Path

The construction of a new irrigation pump station at Greeley West Park may disrupt the routines of some who use the park. Portions of the walking path are closed for safety. Read more about this project.
