The Greeley City Council adopted a Vision Zero resolution at the January 21 meeting. The resolution aims to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries on city streets by 2045.

The National Weather Service is predicting an arctic air mass will bring bitterly cold air to the area beginning Saturday and lasting through Tuesday morning. The cold front is expected to bring frigid temperatures along with snow.

The University of Northern Colorado (UNC) and Greeley’s water conservation team are working to create a drought-resistant landscape north of the University Center at 11th Avenue and West 20th Street. The project covers 3.4 acres and is a gateway into the university’s central campus.

City of Greeley administrative buildings will close for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 20. Emergency services, including fire and police, will operate as usual.
My Greeley
My Greeley is an initiative created to further the sense of civic pride that Greeley, Colorado residents have for their beloved city. Greeley is many things to many different people; however, what is most interesting about the City of Greeley to any resident or visitor is as unique as that individual itself. Hence, we created My Greeley as a community page, a meeting place where people can come to not only learn more about Greeley, CO, but also contribute their own voice and insight into helping define what makes Greeley so quintessentially Greeley.
