Linn Grove Cemetery

Established in 1874, Linn Grove Cemetery is one of the oldest fully operating and still growing cemeteries in the state of Colorado. We invite you to visit the cemetery, tour our facilities, and learn about the services we provide.

A place of Beauty, Tradition, and Heritage

Enjoy the quiet serenity that is Linn Grove Cemetery. Drive, bicycle, or take a leisurely stroll through the park. While visiting, feel free to discuss with our caring professional staff the convenient payment plans available on before-need purchases, the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your final arrangements have been completed, and that your loved ones can easily carry out your wishes.

Whether your needs are immediate, due to a death, or you are considering a before-need purchase for yourself, let us assist you and your family with your arrangements.

Serenity and Selection

Meticulous grounds maintenance standards are upheld; incorporating gardens, ponds, and stately trees. Traditional monument and marker selections, columbarium and above ground burials are available. Plus, cemetery planners had foresight for growth; the park has 65 acres with an abundant portion dedicated to future development. With a variety of planning options and acres of undeveloped land, Linn Grove Cemetery is prepared to serve you and your family for generations to come.

Special Tributes

Linn Grove’s Avenue of Flags is a magnificent display on Memorial Day. The cemetery’s annual Memorial Day ceremony features revered speakers and draws crowds from across the state. Looking for a volunteer opportunity? Linn Grove Cemetery staff and volunteers will be posting flags at Veterans' graves between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, May 24 through Saturday, May 27. Please check in at Linn Grove Cemetery's main office at 1700 Cedar Ave. If a group of 20 or more wants to volunteer, cemetery staff asks for the group to call ahead with their arrival time.

The cemetery is also a designated Wreaths Across America™ site. Wreaths Across America™ is an annual honorary ceremony organized by volunteers and simultaneously coordinated at over 1,000 locations across the country. For more information about flag and wreath donations, call 970-350-9385.

There are also historical and educational tours for groups of ten or more that include an overview of the historical, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds of the Greeley and Weld County community. Learn more by calling 970-350-9386.
