2022 Festival of Trees

THANK YOU AND TREE DESIGN WINNERS

We would also like to thank the "Village" of Who's that helped with the 2022 Whoville Holiday celebration! Every who was assigned a Who Station and all played in perfect-Who-harmony! Thank you Greeley Central Key Club, Bright Futures Colorado, Frontier Academy, University Schools, & IBMC College! The Who-do's were amazing! Thank you to our fabulous sponsor ENT Credit Union.

Drum roll... We are happy to announce our 2022 Festival of Trees winners! Of course, we LOVE all the tree submissions, and can't wait to see what the community will come up with next year -- we still want to congratulate the winners! Voted on by Festival attendees, all the votes were counted!

The 2022 People's Choice Winner is:

West Ridge Animal Hospital! (2 years in a row)

Their tree focused on just one thing…the love for pets who have touched everyones lives. Complete with angel wings that festival attendees could write their beloved pets’ names; the West Ridge tree was beautiful and filled by love from the community. Every set of wings had a name of a pet who had passed on and placed on their tree by patrons. Truly a beautiful tribute that everyone had an emotional connection to.

The 2022 Kid's Choice Winner is:

SEVA Community! A light & bright Rainbow tree, filled with small pompom crafts made by seva community members. Two more winners to recognize, St. Nick's pick and Mrs. Claus's Favorite tree.

The 2022 St. Nick's Pick is:

Weld Food Bank! Always an anticipated design structured with canned food, they went “choo-choo” this year! All aboard the elf driven holiday train, the Weld Food Bank is bringing joy to the community!

The 2022 Mrs. Claus's Favorite Tree is:

Joyous Offerings! Mrs. Claus is a classy lady, and she really enjoyed the rustic charm and buffalo plaid décor on this tree!

Thank you ALL for participating, and ALL for attending!

2022 Festival of Trees Photos

It is with tree-mendous excitement that we are able to host the 2022 Festival of Trees in the beautiful lobbies of the Union Colony Civic Center.

As one of Greeley's favorite holiday traditions, the festival will begin the Friday after Thanksgiving, and will jingle through the following Saturday. Nine days of festive, family-friendly, frolicking fun!

Bursting with beautiful, illuminated trees which are decorated by the community, the Festival of Trees strives to inspire a kinship among residents, businesses, and organizations. We hope to strengthen Greeley's foundation with holiday spirit, kindness, philanthropy, and joy!

Our schedule will include public hours for touring the trees, visits from Santa & Mrs. Claus, a silent auction, musical entertainment, horse & carriage rides, special events, and so much s'more!
